Hi! It's nice to meet you!
(This page will look a little barren until I get to the CSS portion of this textbook. But for now, I'm building the skeleton of my "About me" page.)
I'm Aahana. Here's a picture of me in my college apartment's laundry room.
Who am I really though? I am disparate ends. I'm a lot and nothing at all. (and that's okay!)
- I'm 22 years old. I don't particularly ascribe to horoscopes but I am a Scorpio.
- I went to the university of spoiled children on scholarships, where I studied business and data science.
- I still think it's the greatest university in the world, even though I spent enough time sobbing on campus that I had a specially designated crying bench.
- I currently work in tech in the Bay Area.
- but I very much dislike AI. and I would not describe myself as a techno-optimist
- The irony is not lost on me. I have ambition and I want to create and grow, and I'm splitting myself between my "career" and pure creation.
The hardest part about making this website is not the HTML or the tooling. I don't understand myself well enough. Through this act of creation, I hope to come closer to my narrative.
